On July 25, 2026, TYSIM PILING EQUIPMENT CO., LTD held a structural completion ceremony for its new headquarters, R&D, and intelligent manufacturing base in Huishan Economic Development Zone, Wuxi. Chairman Xin Peng and members of the company’s management team attended the event, marking an important milestone in the project’s construction.
With the main structure now completed, the municipal-level industrial project will move into the next phase, including interior fit-out, supporting facility installation, and preparation for intelligent production-line deployment.
A Major Industrial Project Advances to the Next Phase
The new TYSIM campus was designated as one of Wuxi’s Major Industrial Projects of 2025, with the official project recognition awarded in February 2025. The project has a total planned investment of RMB 500 million, occupies 35 mu of land, and has a total floor area of approximately 23,000 square meters.
The campus is designed to integrate three key functions: corporate headquarters operations, a global R&D and innovation center, and an intelligent manufacturing base for high-end piling machinery. Its core focus will be the research, manufacturing, and continuous development of small and medium-sized rotary drilling rigs and Caterpillar-chassis rotary drilling rigs.

After the project reaches full operation, it is expected to achieve an annual output value of RMB 750 million. The new base is also intended to strengthen TYSIM’s ability to develop and manufacture core components in-house, expand production capacity for high-end piling equipment, and reinforce its position in the small and medium-sized rotary drilling rig segment.
Expanding R&D and Intelligent Manufacturing Capability
TYSIM has focused on the piling machinery sector for more than a decade, developing product lines that include small and medium-sized rotary drilling rigs, customized Caterpillar-chassis drilling rigs, and dedicated drilling rigs for power-grid pile foundation construction. Its equipment has been supplied to customers in more than 60 countries and regions.
The new campus will include digital intelligent production lines and a product commissioning center. By bringing R&D, prototype development, mass production, testing, and global delivery into one integrated platform, TYSIM aims to improve coordination across product development and manufacturing while supporting future capacity growth.

During the ceremony, Chairman Xin Peng emphasized that the project’s progress had been made possible through the support of Huishan Economic Development Zone and the combined efforts of the TYSIM team and construction partners. He also outlined the company’s intention to advance intelligent and greener manufacturing, strengthen independent innovation in core technologies, and improve collaboration across the supply chain.

The next stage of construction will focus on interior decoration, supporting facilities, and embedded infrastructure for intelligent production lines. The project will then move steadily toward final completion and commissioning.
Once operational, the new headquarters and manufacturing base will serve as a central platform for TYSIM’s domestic infrastructure business and continued overseas expansion. The company plans to use the upgraded capacity and R&D resources to support the development of professional piling solutions, contribute to Wuxi’s high-end equipment manufacturing cluster, and strengthen its long-term international market presence.
