TYSIM and Hunan Hengmai company set up South China Operation and Service Center in Changsha which is a capital of construction machinery in July,2020.The establishment of South China Operation Center will comprehensively upgrade the service level in South China.
The first phase will provide customers’ support with sales, service, accessories and host maintenance.The second phase will pilot remanufacturing business and the tractor driver training, to provide one-stop service for customers in South China.
After the early period of adjustment,construction machinery industry has get rapid development in recent three years.However, the industry as a whole is faced with problems such as delayed service, uneven professional level and non-standard service charges.With the rapid development of new infrastructure, the original service content and model can no longer meet the personalized and diversified development requirements of customers.TYSIM set up the South China Operation Center in order to comply with the trend, meet the change of customer demand, and put the concept of “focus on creating value” and “grow together with partners” into reality.
The successful completion of the South China Operation Center of TYSIM marks the innovation and upgrading of the customer experience all over the country.
In the future, TYSIM will comprehensively upgrade offices in Nanchang, Wuhan, Taiyuan, Hefei and Chengdu, increase service input, and fully integrate local quality resources to provide “Four and One” service for customers.Our goal is to make joint efforts to build a “national small and medium rotary drilling rig machine platform”.
