On May 14, 2025, on the eve of the opening of the 4th Changsha International Construction Machinery Exhibition (CICEE), at the "China Construction Machinery Industry High-Quality Development Conference" hosted by China Leasing Association, TYSIM was awarded two important honorary titles, "Special Grade Enterprise of Earthwork Machinery" and "AAA Enterprise of Safety, Service and Integrity", for its outstanding technical strength, full-chain service capabilities and industry influence. The assessment was jointly implemented by the Organizing Committee of the China Construction Machinery Leasing Conference, the Construction Machinery Industry Enterprise Rating Committee, and the China Leasing Association Construction Machinery (Beijing) Center, indicating that TYSIM has reached the industry benchmark level in multiple dimensions such as technology, safety, and service.
Technological innovation and product strength establish the status of first-class enterprise
As a national-level specialized "little giant" enterprise, TYSIM has focused on the research and development and manufacturing of small and medium-sized rotary drilling rig for more than ten years. It has obtained more than 60 core patents and utility models, and its entire product line has passed the EU CE certification, and it has edited the industry standard "Hydraulic Pile Breaker Machine". Among them, small rotary drilling rigs, Caterpillar chassis rotary drilling rigs and other products have been exported to more than 50 countries around the world with their high reliability, stability and intelligent advantages, becoming an international benchmark for "China's Intelligent Manufacturing". At the 2023 Changsha International Construction Machinery Exhibition, TYSIM KR60A urban construction small rotary drilling rig, KMS800 photovoltaic drilling rig and other models attracted buyers from many countries to sign on-site, confirming its technological leadership and market recognition.
The company was awarded the title of "Special Grade Enterprise" not only based on its product technology strength but also benefited from its deep cultivation in the subdivided fields. TYSIM's pioneering low-headroom rotary drilling rigs, modular design and power transmission tower construction rotary drilling rig series have filled technical gaps in the fields of urbanization construction and mechanized construction of power grids. Among them, the KR150D power transmission tower construction rotary drilling rig in the "Electric Power Construction Five Brothers" drilling rig series customized for the State Grid won the 2024 "User Satisfaction Star Product" award.
Safety, service and integrity trinity received AAA certification
In terms of safety and service system, TYSIM has built a full industrial chain covering R&D, manufacturing, leasing and training. Its subsidiary TYSIM Rental provides professional equipment leasing and technical services, and TYSIM Training provides driver training and labor support teams of hundreds of people. A "manufacturing + service" dual-wheel drive model has been formed. The company has passed the ISO9001 quality system certification and established a dynamic safety monitoring system to ensure the safety of equipment construction. In 2024, TYSIM was selected as a provincial enterprise technology center, and in 2025 the new plant was listed as a major municipal industrial project, further strengthening its technical support capabilities.
